MOJO'S signature class. A fast-paced, full-body cardio-cycling workout designed to engage body and mind. Get ready to sweat, burn some serious calories and have a lot of fun.
When The MOJO Power Ride just isn’t enough, this extended cardio-cycling workout will leave you breathless, sweaty and in better shape than when you walked in the door.
Made for beginnings who are new to the bike. Learn the ins and outs of bike set-up, cycling basics and full-body movements. First class is on us.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet your instructor and get fitted for your bike.
This is a fast paced workout designed to get the heart racing in 30 minutes. An abbreviated version of the MOJO Power Ride minus the weights.

Lose inches fast in a semi-private, small group training series that combines strength training, cardio and core work. MOJO Instructor and ACE-certified personal trainer, Whitney Duske, tracks your progress with pre- and post-camp photos, measurements and fit tests.
All fitness levels are welcome; all training occurs off the bike. For maximum results, attend all MOJOCAMP sessions along with two cycling classes per week.
