Liability Waiver
Participant Waiver & Release
1. I understand the risks. I know that cycling, fitness classes, and heated workouts involve physical activity that may cause injury, illness, or worse. Risks include things like falling, overexertion, dehydration, equipment issues, or accidents with other participants. I choose to participate at my own risk.
2. I am healthy enough to participate. I confirm that I am physically able to take part and have not been told by a doctor not to exercise.
3. I release MOJO Cycling Studio from liability. I will not hold MOJO Cycling Studio, its staff, or volunteers responsible for injuries, accidents, property loss, or other issues that may happen while I am participating. This release includes injuries or damages that may be caused by the negligence of MOJO Cycling Studio, its staff, or volunteers.
4. I take responsibility for my belongings. I know MOJO Cycling Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
5. Emergency care. If I get hurt, I allow MOJO Cycling Studio to get me medical help if needed.
6. Photo/video release. I agree that my photo or video may be taken and used for studio purposes.
7. Governing law. This waiver is under Missouri law.
By participating in classes or activities at MOJO Cycling Studio, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver, agree to its terms, and voluntarily give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
Terms of Service
Late Cancel
A late cancellation fee of $15 will be charged for cancellations that occur within 2-hours of the class start time, or 10 hours prior to class start time for 5:30 and 6:30 AM classes.
Membership Freeze
Memberships may be frozen up to one request per calendar year for a 30-day minimum period of time. A membership freeze will incur a charge of $10 per month, and may be granted for medical circumstances, emergencies or extended work-related absences. Please email info@mojocyclingstudio.com to request a membership freeze.
Late Arrivals
For the safety and satisfaction of our guests, MOJO may refuse entry for any arrivals after the class start time. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to class start time.
Equipment Rentals
Equipment may be available to rent upon request pending availabilty. Payment is due upfront. Rates are posted at the Front Desk at the time of sale and are subject to change.
No Refunds or Returns
Purchases are non-refundable. Studio credit issuance will be considred upon request at the discretion of MOJO.
Membership Cancellation
Most auto-renew memberships begin with a 3-month minimum commitment, during which memberships may not be cancelled. After the minimum commitment has been met a membership may be cancelled with 30 day written notice. Please email info@mojocyclingstudio.com to request a membership cancellation.
